ISAMRA Makes Royalty Distribution of Rs. 22.5 crs to Singers and Musicians.

The Indian Singers And Musicians Rights Association (ISAMRA) yesterday made a Distribution of Rs. 22.5 crs to Singers and Musicians. This Royalty is based on the Songs aired on 122 Radio Stations in India.

Founder, Director & CEO Mr. Sanjay Tandon gleefully states “At last. Its a dream come true. Singers and Musicians have started receiving fair amount of Royalties. I would thank the Chairman, Board of Directors & Members who believed in ISRA (now ISAMRA). I thank the Music Labels with whom ISRA entered into the Historic Agreement that made this day possible. Bright days ahead for Music fraternity.”

 

Chairman Padmashri Anup Jalota ecstatically says “This is a great milestone in the History of Singers and Musicians in India. All of us struggled hard for this and I would like to thank ISAMRA and the entire team that made this happen. Our visionary CEO Mr. Sanjay Tandon made this a reality.”
